Dhannayia assists Small, Minority and Women – Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) with government procurement education, solutions, certification and contracting. MWBEs are small business enterprises owned and operated by a Minority and/or Women. Local, State and Federal government agencies have created programs and certifications that allow those MWBEs to compete further in government contracting. As a Certified Business Advisor with NYS SBDC, Dhannayia also assist business owners in the areas of management and technical assistance.
Dhannayia is an NYC native and came to Buffalo, NY to pursue her studies in Business. As an Alumnae of Buffalo State College’s School of the Professions she attained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Marketing. Through a multitude of capacities she has been able to take those learned skills and apply them in her daily assistance of helping entrepreneurs start and grow their own small business.
Dhannayia is a member of the Buffalo State Astronomy Club. She is also the Managing Business Advisor for the SUNY Buffalo State Student INC.ubator. Dhannayia currently is a member of the Construction Exchange: Women in Construction Sub-Committee where she works to engage solutions for businesses in the construction industry. Dhannayia has been coined by many peers as the go-to person for all things MWBE and Government Procurement and often assist local agencies in their MWBE assistance and planning. Dhannayia provides business counseling as an SBDC Advisor for the Women’s Business Center at Canisius College. She is also currently serving as a writer for the NYC Writers League: OutspoKIN Blog which highlights and supports topics for the millennial generation.
